Maybe you were not able to download your e-Pattern purchase before the link expired?
Maybe you lost your print-out or your computer crashed?
That is why your purchase of an e-Pattern at KnitHeartStrings includes the ability to re-download the pattern if needed.
Here is how! Click on Re-send Download Links for Previous Purchases under the Online Store menu. Fill in the Paypal email address that you used to pay for your purchase. The system will send a message to that email address with fresh links that you can use to re-download your pattern(s).
Important note: This system feature is for purchased patterns only. It does not include patterns that you downloaded with the monthly free limited time offer.
