Thank you Jackie. I just download the pattern and will start making them tomorrow. My daughter is asking for snowflakes. The timing was perfect. Merry Christmas and see you Next Year.

  2. Cheri says:

I could not get the coupon code to work in Ravelry.

    • jackiees says:

Hi Cheri, The code is still working fine on Ravelry. But remember that you have to purchase from the link on the Ravelry Delivery page here (the link is listed just after the coupon code). It sounds like you might have tried looking up the hat pattern yourself on Ravelry and the code will not work for the hat pattern itself. You need to use the coupon code with the Beaded Diamond Mosaic Ensemble that includes the hat, as well as the extra mittens and socks projects (that way you are getting the extra bonus of the higher-priced ebook for free).

Does this answer your question? Let me know if there is anything I can help you with.

Jackie, I already have this pattern in my library on Ravelry site.I knitted it for a friend and she loves it. Thank you anyway for the free pattern offer and all your patterns. I think I’ll do this pattern again for gifting and add beads to it somewhere.

The originally published Smoke Ring with Lace Edging pattern that you would have gotten before was a text-only version. The version of the pattern you are getting as part of the October Smoke Ring KAL has been upgraded and now also contains charts.

By all means, add beads if you want to. We will be looking forward to seeing what you do!

    Dear Jackie,
Thanks ever so much for the “bonus” pattern in June! May have to put this one on my needles right away!
    Patty

  6. Louise says:

I am looking forward to making the little beaded purse. I think that is something my 12yr old granddaughter would like. I have the pattern in Ravelry – handy system of delivery – but do not understand what “p1tr” means. Did I miss something? I also tat and think a beaded tatted edging used when sewing front to back would look really dressy. Thanks.

    • jackiees says:

Hi Louise, p1tr is explained in the Abbreviations section of the pattern.
That is a new stitch we will be using in the May KAL, so I’ll have more comments/discussion about it in an upcoming support article after the KAL officially begins May 5th and everyone has had a chance to get the pattern.

  7. Patty T says:

Thanks so much for this lovely double pattern! The perfect project for a special skein of fingering weight wool. And the “pull over” bind off is ingenious! I look forward to another year of premium content when I renew in March!

  8. Pauline says:

Jackie, Thank so very much for your generous giving. I have learned so much from your site. I will be renewing my membership in April because it’s the best deal that’s offered.

    Jackie,

I still do not see a coupon code anywhere. What am I missing?

  10. Denise says:

Thank you for all the great patterns. They are wonderful.

  11. Patty T says:

    Thanks again, Jackie!

What a lovely, light beret — just perfect for Southern California “winters.”

  12. Patty T says:

    Hi, Jackie!

Love the mitts (and extra hat pattern) — what a lovely set and such a lovely surprise!

  13. Patty T says:

    Hi, Jackie!
Tried the Ravelry download option for the April Flag pattern and PayPal says that it is charging me $7 with the coupon code — am I doing something wrong?

    Please let me know!

    • jackiees says:

Patty, I just re-tested and it is working fine. You do need to Click the “Use Coupon Code” link, then type in the Coupon Code in the entry field (or copy and paste to avoid mistakes), then click the “Apply” button. Your total will have the price of the pattern deducted from the total.

Please try again with this and let me know (by email direct to me is fine).

  14. Knitglitz says:

Thanks for the ravelry download. Happy New Year!

  15. Sandy says:

I don’t know what I am doing wrong. I am logged in as ‘free’ and ‘active’ but when I click on the download nothing happens??

    • jackiees says:

I see that you have written your question here on the Ravelry delivery option page, and there is no download button/link on this page. So I assume you are talking about a different page?

I don’t know what might be happening with your computer. It sounds like your security settings are blocking the download (or if you are at work, or on a public computer, they might have a firewall that is blocking). Or depending on the settings you have in your browser, the download might be occurring in the background and the file is waiting for you in the file folder on your computer that you have designated downloads to be put in. There are suggestions from members about settings in the HELP section. You can also try a different browser like Firefox or Google Chrome.

For this Ravelry delivery option page, the link you click will take you to Ravelry. That page will open in a different browser window or tab, depending on how you have you browser set up. Again, depending on how you have your browser set up, the focus to the new window or new tab might occur automatically (so you see the Ravelry page right away), or the new window/tab might be hidden behind another window/tab or open application you have on your computer. These are just some possibilities to look for to help you use your computer. If you continue to have problems, perhaps you have someone nearby that can help you understand and set up the computer so it is easier/not as confusing for you to use.

  16. JoKaren Macaulay says:

    Love the Ravelry option! Thanks.

  17. Jeanette says:

I don’t know what I am doing wrong, I’m copying and pasting the coupon code, but Ravelry keeps telling me that the coupon code is not valid 🙁

  18. Barbara L. says:

Thanks for setting up the Ravelry download to the shawl pattern, Jackie. Make’s organizing patterns so much easier.

  19. Heather says:

Thanks, Jackie – I love the Ravelry option!
