Make your gift one-of-a-kind. Easy to knit ribbons make fancy package ties to be enjoyed beyond opening the gift. Kit includes #A70 Knitted Ribbons pattern and 20 yards "chained" metallic gold yarn.

Pattern includes two versions to choose from: "Picot Loops" and "Stairway to Heaven". The yarn is enough to make two 24" or 36" ribbons for a small gift box (one each of the 2 versions included in the pattern), or a longer single ribbon.

Knit a miniature version of the red, white and blue U.S. flag. The lacy stripes and beaded stars symbolize the flag proudly waving in the breeze. Finished size approximately 3" by 5". Complete kit includes A91 Mini Lace and Beaded Flag pattern, 3 balls of size 8 DMC pearl cotton, size 11/0 Miyuki Japanese glass seed beads, and collapsing eye twisted wire needle for easy stringing of the beads. Enough to make several mini flags.

NEEDLES OPTION: You also have the option to purchase coordinating knitting needles size US 4/0 (1.25 mm) with lapis gemstone heart finials.

Note: I have run out of colors as made for the original sample. Your kit will include threads in ecru, imperceptibly different shade of red, and your choice of wedgewood #311 or navy blue #823 (wedgewood is slightly lighter). Beads are pearl ceylon to coordinate with the ecru thread. You can't go wrong with either choice depending on whether you prefer an Early Americana or Country Americana look.

Dainty and dignified lace-patterned socks for the country girl at heart. Socks are slightly shaped below calf for a trim fit at ankle. Includes both written and charted instructions for the lace pattern stitches.

You get a printed pattern for the No Two Alike Snowflakes Hat and Mittens set + yarn to make the hat or mittens or both. Child small thru Adult XL. Yarn choices have been coordinated to be similar to the original pair of child's mittens and hat set featured in 1998 in the Blue Room of the U.S. White House. White mohair/wool blend to look like the halo of snow (1 to 3 balls depending on kit selection). Machine-washable smooth wool in the 4 colors, 1 ball each color.
