Make these baby socks quick-as-a-wink by knitting a small amount of lace edging and attaching to ready-made baby socks. It's a nice hand-made touch with a small amount of time and materials invested.

Lace Cable Bookmark is a pretty lace design to introduce knitting lace from charted instructions. Don't be scared, though. Even if you have not used charts in the past, there are written instructions to help ease your way into feeling comfortable using charts (if you want to).

Knitted with red yarn, these simple yet fascinating socks alternate blue and white beads in a simple knit and purl pattern. The stripes of beads in the cuff suggest the U.S. flag proudly waving in the breeze.

High quality Japanese glass seed beads (a.k.a. round rocailles) by Miyuki in size 6/0 (4 mm diameter). Use this size bead for stringing on thicker yarns than fingering weight, or for crochet hook method with fingering weight yarn.

Beads are packaged in clear zip-top bags for easy handling; no tubes to roll around or tops popping off and spilling beads. Approximately 240 per 20g bag unless otherwise noted (premium lustre beads come in smaller 10g bags; mixes come in 15g bags).
